After recovering from a flu virus in January and listening to coach 'hoppo' by taking a rest I finally started my season with a 2up time trial win with my new team mate Jason Gurney @ Baines Racing.
Its a great set up and the kit looks brilliant with all my loyal sponsors on board for another challenging season.
My win was followed by a respectable 7th in Matlock on another wet and windy day and then a solo ride against other two man teams in Ashby coming just inside the top ten.
I have a few more hilly events during March and April before I start moving onto the longer endurance based events and getting back into what I really enjoy 24 hours +
