12th JulyTravelled over to Norfolk to race the National 100tt championships and for the 1st time in a year I did not finish the event, climbing off at 54miles with not an ounce of energy and legs that felt like concrete posts. The 12hour race from the weekend before had taken its toll and my recovery training in the week just didn't get the rubbish out of legs in time for the weekend.
Had a great break camping with the family who sat back in the sun while watching me train on the turbo.
This week i will be finishing off my night training in preperation for the UK 24 hour race.
there is allways nextime mate, dont worry this time next year you'll have me chasing your tail........I hope
